2. 2) We are not always actively pursuing new projects given our choice to provide excellent service to our current customers.  For this reason, and due to the volume of inquiries, we are not able to respond to all requests.
3. 3) We only provide quotes on a custom basis and after a thorough review. This can take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks
4. 4) If you are coming via a referral from someone we know or do business with, please mention them or request an introduction, which will likely accelerate our review.
5. 5) Lastly, projects that tend to be the best fit for working with Solara usually involve one or more of the following: advanced formulation challenges, novel and premium ingredients, or use of our fast-melt delivery system.
