At Solara Labs, we build innovative, consumer-first supplement brands designed to make everyday health simpler and more accessible. EZ Melts is a digitally native vitamin and supplement brand sold through Amazon, Walmart.com, and DTC.

The Brand Manager will lead brand positioning, storytelling, product launches, and creative direction while maintaining strong involvement in e-commerce growth and marketplace performance.

Success in this role requires balancing long-term brand equity with short-term commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Leadership & Creative Direction

  • Own brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling across digital touchpoints

  • Lead new product launches end-to-end (positioning, naming, claims framework, packaging direction, go-to-market execution)

  • Serve as brand guardian across Amazon PDPs, DTC website, email, paid ads, and social

  • Partner with Creative to guide visual identity, packaging evolution, and A+ content

  • Ensure alignment between brand narrative and conversion strategy

E-Commerce & Marketplace Growth

  • Own brand performance across Amazon, Walmart.com, and DTC

  • Optimize listings (PDPs, A+, brand stores, launches)

  • Improve conversion rate, traffic mix, and content effectiveness

  • Align creative and brand decisions with marketplace performance metrics

Performance & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Oversee email marketing strategy (flows, campaigns, retention)

  • Collaborate with paid media partners (Meta, Google, marketplace ads)

  • Use performance data to inform creative and messaging decisions

Strategy, Analytics & Budget Ownership

  • Own forecasts, KPIs, and performance reporting

  • Analyze marketplace, paid media, email, and DTC data

  • Manage brand marketing budgets with ROI focus

  • Identify growth opportunities through testing and optimization

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Coordinate across Creative, E-commerce agencies, Email/Paid Media partners, Product Development, and Regulatory

  • Ensure speed, clarity, and accountability across launches

Qualifications

Must-Haves

  • 5+ years of brand management experience with strong e-commerce focus

  • Proven experience scaling DTC brands on Shopify (Amazon/Walmart experience preferred)

  • Strong understanding of brand, creative, and performance marketing integration

  • Experience with email marketing strategy and execution

  • Experience with paid media (Meta, Google, and/or marketplaces)

  • Proven ability to launch products in competitive e-commerce environments

  • Strong creative eye for design, packaging, and digital content

  • Data-driven decision-making mindset

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in CPG, supplements, or health & wellness

  • Experience working with Amazon agencies and performance partners

  • Hands-on CRO experience in collaboration with UX/design teams

  • Experience leading and developing direct reports
