Inventory Control Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Inventory Control Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of all inventory within our eCommerce operations. This position is responsible for monitoring stock levels, reconciling discrepancies, optimizing inventory flow, and maintaining up-to-date product data across multiple sales channels and warehouse systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, track, and forecast inventory requirements using sales data, and demand patterns from company, agencies and international businesses
- Maintain optimal inventory levels across all warehouses and online sales channels (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, etc.) to support uninterrupted operations and out of stock situations.
- Assist with the delivery plans for all Solara Brands.
- Support inbound and outbound inventory processes, including receiving, labeling, packing lists and tracking of shipments and ensure that all details are accurate.
- Coordinate with supply chain, logistics and internal/external fulfillment teams to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient order processing.
- Ensure shipment with carrier, confirm pick up, deliver the order to the transportation company and provide BOL, PO, PL & Invoice
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance inventory management systems, streamline workflows, and process improvements.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies to maintain data accuracy and ensure compliance with company standards at all times.
- Work closely with purchasing, sales, production, and logistics teams to align inventory levels with business needs.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and operations staff to manage stock placement, storage, and product rotations.
- Support special projects related to inventory as needed.
Qualifications and skills:
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or inventory control operations.
- Proficiency with inventory management software, SAP a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to solve complex problems and work under pressure.
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs
- Proficiency in Microsoft, Word, Excel.
- Proficiency with inventory management, warehouse and supply chain operations.
- Follow safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) protocols as applicable.
