Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Shopify E-Commerce Growth Manager to own and scale our direct-to-consumer business. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, improving conversion and retention, optimizing the customer journey, and protecting brand equity within a regulated supplement environment.
The ideal candidate operates with a growth mindset — analytical, proactive, and focused on continuous optimization.
Position is Hybrid after 90 days.
Key Responsibilities

Own Shopify store performance: conversion rate, AOV, retention, and LTV

Develop and execute CRO strategies (landing page testing, PDP optimization, funnel improvements)

Audit and guide agency advertising strategy across Meta and Google

Oversee lifecycle marketing (email/SMS flows, subscriber experience, retention programs)

Manage TikTok Shop and affiliate ecosystem

Support additional marketplaces such as Amazon as needed

Analyze daily and weekly platform performance data

Track KPIs including ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion rate, and profitability

Collaborate with operations on inventory, fulfillment, and promotions

Prepare performance reports with actionable insights

Stay current with Shopify tools, marketplace trends, and competitor strategies
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred

3+ years of hands-on Shopify management with measurable growth results

Proven success improving conversion rates and DTC profitability

Strong analytical skills; experience with Shopify analytics, GA4, or Triple Whale

Experience managing agencies and performance accountability

Familiarity with CRO testing frameworks

Self-motivated and ownership-driven

Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

TikTok Shop experience a plus

Passion for women’s health and experience in supplements or regulated consumer products preferred
